Berry Harvest Grace Quilt Mockup

Lindley General Store's newest fabric bundle, Berry Harvest is a delightful mix of rich reds, purples, and blues. As the name might suggest, this bundle was inspired by a basket of mixed berries! The 15-piece curated selection of KONA Solids is available in a half yard bundle or a fat quarter bundle. 

So what would we do with a delightful new bundle over at our sister business? In an ideal world, we would have made an actual quilt, but it's not an ideal world. So we did the next best thing and made a quilt mockup.

We've used our Grace quilt block and a Berry Harvest Half Yard fabric bundle to make a a lap/throw quilt mockup.

We used 14 of the fabrics from the half yard bundle in this one, and the 15th fabric for the binding. The background fabric is KONA Quicksilver, which is a light silvery grey.

By the way, if any of you reading this has a longarm and wants to make this quilt and send me pictures, please feel free. Cause the more time I spend looking at this mockup, the more I can imagine all kinds of free-motion quilting designs! Oh, it would be lots of fun.

Unfortunately, Robert Kaufman's swatches do not do the colours justice. Refer back to the photo of the bundles for a better idea of how they look together. In person, the colours are a lot more vibrant and there is better contrast.
